Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once you place an order, it will take 1-3 business days to process, regardless of your chosen shipping option. We ship orders on weekdays only, excluding weekends and holidays. Same-day shipping is not typically available, so please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Note that express shipping options and any additional third-party fees are non-refundable.

Although it's up to the courier to decide, most packages are delivered without requiring a signature, to the address provided. However, the courier may decide not to leave the package if it is deemed unsafe to do so.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An email confirmation will be sent to the provided email address once your order is processed, which may take up to 72 hours. Another email with your tracking number and a link to track your order will be sent once your order is shipped. In case of any issues with the tracking number or delivery, kindly contact the courier first before reaching out to us.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers outside of the Canada are responsible for paying any inbound duties, taxes, and other fees as required by their local Customs authority. These fees are paid directly to the local carrier or government and are not collected by Dolcissimo are non-refundable.

We ship international packages with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU), so the fees are not included in the purchase price of the goods. Recipients are responsible for paying all applicable fees in order to receive the package. We cannot provide an estimate of the fees, so we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent to inquire about charges and rates for packages from other countries.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered accurately. We strive to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is a limited window of opportunity to modify or cancel your order, or alter the shipping address.

If you wish to cancel or change your order or shipping address, please contact us at support@dolcissimo.ca immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Dolcissimo holds customers accountable for the expense of return shipping to Dolcissimo when placing an order. You may check our returns policy for additional guidance on the procedures for returning your package.
